This conference tackles the full spectrum of security challenges and offers 30 focused, technical sessions. GovernmentSec, HealthSec, FinSec, and LegalSec are specific industry events held concurrently with IT Security World. CSIA Executive Director Paul Kurtz will be keynoting this conference on September 29th at 9 am. He will be presenting on “The Realities of Physical and Cyber Terrorism.”


ISSE 2005

Budapest, Hungary

Europe's largest independent debate on key security issues and challenges facing IT professionals, ISSE 2005 is the only independent, European focused conference for the presentation and discussion of technical, commercial, organisational, legal and political concepts for information security and data protection. It will be held at The Budapest University of Technology & Economics, Hungary, and is co-organised by EEMA, the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA), and TeleTrusT, hosted by the Hungarian Ministry of Informatics and Communications, and supported by the German Ministry of Economics and Labour.

K-12 Information-Sharing Forum

During National Cyber Security Awareness Month, CSIA is co-sponsoring a K-12 Information Sharing Forum. Government agencies and K-12 advocacy groups will discuss cyber security, ethics and safety, and examine ways to promote cyber education programs in schools. CSIA Executive Director Paul Kurtz will be moderating a keynote panel on November 15th at 8 am He will be presenting a “Forum on State, Federal and International Cyber Security Legislation.”

Readiness for Handling Network and Information Security Incidents
