About Membership

CSIA By-Laws: The Cyber Security Industry Alliance is an independent legal entity, a 501 (c) (6) organization incorporated in the state of Delaware in the United States. The organization is led by a slate of officers, elected by the board of directors. The board governs the direction of the Alliance and is chartered with helping the organization's officers fulfill its mission and with seeing that the Alliance operates in the best interests of its members and according to its bylaws.

CSIA membership spans the globe, with organizations in North America, Europe, and Asia actively participating.

Membership Level Annual Fee Membership Benefits
Charter Member $150,000

·         Automatic Board of Directors seat for CEO

·         Company may designate individuals to:

-  Run for position as officer of the corporation (Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary)

-  Lead a committee

- Act as voting representative on each committee

- Attend all plenary and other meetings

Principal Member $60,000

·        May run for seat on Board of Directors

-  Limited number of available seats

·        Company also may designate individuals to:

-  Run for position as officer of the corporation (Treasurer, Secretary)

-  Lead a committee

- Act as voting representative on each committee

- Attend all plenary and other meetings

Affiliate Member – Large Enterprise Partner $30,000

·        Appoint one non-voting representative to each committee (other than the Board of Directors)

·        Propose initiatives to be considered by the Consortium

Affiliate Member – Emerging Security Partner $12,000

·        Appoint one non-voting representative to each committee (other  than the Board of Directors)

·        Propose initiatives to be considered by the Consortium


Membership Application

We encourage companies with a substantial business in providing Internet security hardware, software, or services to inquire about membership with CSIA as Charter and Principal Members. Companies outside the United States are welcome.

If you are interested in joining and you believe your company qualifies for membership, please download and print the Membership Application. Mail or fax the completed form with your signature and payment to:
